It has never been more important to understand the nuts and bolts of your end to end transaction flow.  Interlinked markets and increasing regulation mean that even slightly less than optimal performance can be costly. Failed transactions have to be analysed by experts and corrected manually. New trades have to be arranged.

To help existing Geneos users get up to speed on transaction monitoring, ITRS is holding an interactive webinar to run through some of the new Geneos transaction monitoring applications that complement Geneos.

Manesh TailorThe webinar has been designed to provide attendees with practical insight into how Geneos can be extended to examine transaction flows. Andy Page and Manesh Tailor, ITRS pre-sales support specialists with many years’ experience in setting-up and configuring the Geneos product suite will use three case studies to illustrate how Geneos has been configured to support transaction flows for business and operations users in:

  • Front Office Trading
  • Clearing Services
  • Back Office Settlements

In order to make the most of the time available and ensure that we can respond to a wide variety of incoming questions from attendees we have invited two leading Geneos users from the Royal Bank of Scotland in London to join the webinar.

Tim CareyTim Carey  – is global head of listed execution production at RBS, Tim formerly worked in Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he used Geneos to automate the operational processes supporting global electronic equity order flow.

Neil Leeson -  is the release manager at RBS, with a wealth of experience in applying Geneos to managing order flow. Prior to joining RBS Neil worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch using Geneos to support the production applications in the trading infrastructure.

To ensure that we get the most from the collective knowledge of the audience we will be conducting a number of poll questions during the session, while we provide some practical examples and ‘lessons learned’ on where and how Geneos was configured to:

*engage business users in transaction monitoring

*measure transaction flows across defined checkpoints

*extract performance data from trading applications
