Gateway 2 beta has been released this Summer to a number of client sites in London and New York. The level of feedback has been good, with a number of clients showing great interest in switching to GW2. ITRS development has specifically allocated resources to the beta programme and has been able to provide fast turnaround to issues raised.
Production release date for GW2 will depend on the level of exposure the beta version receives in the field and the level/severity of the issues raised. So far it looks promising and we expect to make an announcement in Q4 2008.
New Active Console rolling out at major customer sites, 30 June 2008
The new Geneos GUI “Active Console
2” has been in production since February 2008 and is now being rolled out
globally by a number of major clients. This is a free upgrade available to all
ITRS customers and offers a significantly improved user interface, new
functionality and better performance.

Bank of China says Yes to ITRS Asia, 22 March 2007
The Bank of China has signed a significant contract with ITRS Asia.
It is ITRS Asia’s 2nd new account in the last month and reinforces a good 1st year for the Hong Kong office. In addition, 2 other new organisations are expected to sign contracts in the coming few weeks.
