Citrix/Windows Terminal Server
This interface allows operations staff to monitor and manage Citrix and Windows Terminal Servers.
Example uses:
- alert if the load of a Citrix server is outside operational parameters
- ensure no individual session on Citrix server is taking more resources than it should
- monitor individual processes to identify the cause of high CPU usage problems if detected
For all environments this interface:
- monitors sessions running on a server, including ID, state, user name, client, ID, CPU, input/output and memory usage, elapsed time, thread count and handle count
- allows drill down to individual processes in a session
- monitors statistics from running processes on a server, including user name, process name, CPU, input/output and memory usage, elapsed time, thread count and handle count
Citrix specific monitoring:
- monitors load of each Citrix server
- monitors applications published by the Citrix server
Windows Terminal Server specific monitoring:
- monitors information from licences issued by the Terminal Services Licensing Server, including client, user, start and end date
