IBM MQ Interface

Interface allows operations staff to monitor the state of an MQ infrastructure.

Example uses:

  • ensure a queue has a regular message flow in and out and is not growing too close to its maximum configured size
  • ensure each queue has the requisite number of subscribers
  • ensure required connections between MQ servers are established and performing correctly

Interface provides details of

  • channels connecting MQ servers, including type, protocol, status, remote destination, date send and receive rates, and last message send times
  • queues on an MQ server, including status, current and minimum queue depth and message times (put, get, oldest)

Plug-ins
