In the never ending cycle of supporting more function and capability in their business operations, our clients need to ensure all manner of IT systems are brought smoothly into their Geneos monitoring and management environment. 

Extending the depth and breadth of monitoring

In many cases new third party or proprietary systems will not have off-the-shelf monitoring interfaces, resulting in a considerable challenge in accommodating them.

To meet this challenge ITRS provides open access via a range of APIs and Toolkits to allow clients to publish application or system data into the Geneos framework from where it can be monitored in conjunction with all of the other data from the application and system estate.

In this way, clients are able to build custom interfaces to monitor and manage applications and devices not covered by standard range of ITRS solutions.
