Meet the team
ITRS is led by an experienced management team and board who bring a wealth of knowledge to their roles within ITRS
Guy joined ITRS in July 2014 as CEO and brings more than 25 years’ experience in financial services and technology businesses. Guy had previously been a customer of ITRS, using Geneos to improve the availability of the real-time systems when he was COO of FTSE Group. He has also managed a financial services product business as the EVP & General Manager of Misys Banking, a leader in the core banking solutions market. Guy has a strong background in large blue chip organisations and more recently working with private equity backed companies. Earlier in his career, he was the CEO of Logica UK, a large professional services company.
Richard joined the Board of ITRS in January 2012. In addition to his role as Chairman, his other non-executive activities include membership of the Supervisory Boards of Deutsche Börse AG (where he is Deputy Chairman), Eurex Frankfurt AG & Eurex Zürich AG and Board member of Man Group plc, Rothesay Life plc and Mako Europe Ltd, London. He is also a member of the CFTC Global Markets Advisory Committee in Washington. Prior to retirement from full time executive activity in 2011, Richard worked with JPMorgan for 23 years in various roles within the Investment Bank in Europe and the US. Most recently, he ran JPMorgan’s Global Cash Equities business, the Prime Services group of businesses (including Futures & Options, Prime Brokerage & Broker Dealer Services) and led the firm’s Market Structure committee.
Justo has served as our CTO since September 2012. In this capacity, Justo provides leadership to the Engineering teams and supports the rest of the business developing complex real time and big data solutions. Before taking on the CTO role, Justo worked in the financial sector for more than 10 years, holding senior front office and risk positions in Hedge Funds and Investment Banks as a Computer Scientist in areas like FX, Rates and Credit.
