Ryan Terpstra joined ITRS as Chief Executive Officer in November 2024, bringing over 20 years of C-suite experience across venture-backed startups, middle-market PE-backed companies, and global public corporations. Renowned as a technology entrepreneur with extensive experience in scaling software and data businesses, Ryan combines strategic vision with deep hands-on execution to drive transformational growth.
Before ITRS, Ryan held multiple C-level product and technology roles at ION Group. He was instrumental in orchestrating ION Group’s multi-billion-dollar roll-up and successful integration of Dealogic, Acuris, Backstop, and Selerity, the AI-driven financial technology company he founded and served as CEO for over 10 years before its acquisition. During his time at Selerity and ION Group, Ryan specialised in building and commercialising cutting-edge AI enabled products.
Prior to Selerity, Ryan held several senior product and strategy roles at Thomson Financial (later Thomson Reuters) where he led the development of data platforms and product strategy for capital markets clients.
James leads corporate development, finance, business planning & analysis, and stakeholder relations at ITRS. He has a diverse 15-year background as a commercial CFO in high-growth international businesses – from venture and growth capital-backed companies to large corporations.
He has held CFO positions at a number of businesses including Nuxeo, an enterprise content management platform provider, and Calastone Ltd. – the largest global funds transaction network. As CFO at goviral, James led the acquisition by Aol, subsequently becoming Aol’s European CFO.
UK based, James has three sons, loves skiing and kitesurfing, and travelling with his wife. He has a BSc in Business and Management and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Daan is responsible for operations, services, data-led decision-making, and cross-functional execution for ITRS. He brings a 16-year track record of increasing operational performance, scaling technology, and driving rapid growth.
Daan was COO at Silverbird – a digital bank for importers and exporters. At Onfido, he scaled operations and drove 6X revenue growth. He founded private equity-focused consulting firm VanGood and was on the SLT at consulting firm Newton Europe, where he delivered a step up in performance across a broad range of industries on a 100% “no result, no fee” model.
London based, Daan loves cycling, tennis, and spending time with his young family. He has an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
Lucas leads global marketing strategy for ITRS, driving growth for the world’s leading real-time observability platform. With over 15 years of experience scaling B2B SaaS businesses, he has consistently driven double-digit revenue growth across enterprises and startups.
Previously, Lucas served as Global Head of Marketing at Enfusion, where he delivered 32% year-over-year growth in inbound bookings. He specializes in enterprise software marketing for complex technical sales, with notable achievements including transforming a $600M business unit at Dun & Bradstreet and building the first enterprise marketing function at Safeguard Global.
Lucas has a B.A in Philosophy from Colgate University and is based in New York. When not driving marketing growth, he enjoys playing guitar, songwriting, and cycling.
With many years of HR experience across tech businesses, Laura has transformed the global people space in the four years she has worked at ITRS. She has built the team from the ground up, bringing employee engagement, facilities, and internal communications into the fold. Her enthusiasm and passion have translated into a seat at the executive table as Chief People Officer. When she clocks off, you’ll find her kickboxing, traveling, and spending time with her three children.
Grant leads sales strategy and customer success direction for outstanding long-term client satisfaction, adoption, and retention for ITRS. He is responsible for partnering with leading global banks, brokerages, and exchanges to scale strategic accounts and expand into new business areas, helping financial institutions reduce risk and strengthen resilience.
Grant has a 15-year background in enterprise software and fintech sales, along with a career in Financial Services that spans organizations including Fiserv, Omgeo/DTCC, Barings Asset Management, and Northern Trust.
London based, Grant has a passion for motorcycles and broadly anything on two wheels. He balances a busy home and work life schedule, ensuring to always make time to be present for his wife and two children.
Steve leads ITRS’s technology strategy – aligning infrastructure, product innovation, and operational efficiency to create value for customers. A highly experienced and hands-on Chief Technology Officer, he has led innovative, high performance, technology teams for companies including Itiviti, CameronTec, and OrcSoftware. Steve is motivated by utilizing the entire production tools landscape to build resilient and responsive systems.
London based, Steve has three sons, and plays guitar and tennis. He has a BE in Electrical Engineering and a BSc in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics.
Martin drives ITRS’s product roadmap – ensuring our solutions meet customer needs and deliver measurable value. He has 20+ years’ experience of B2B software and financial services technology. He co-founded Bee Analytics to assist Sweden’s public transport sector to be more data driven – and sustainable – by providing Business Intelligence-as-a-Service. He led global product management and quality assurance at Itiviti, and has held chairman posts at Codic Consulting, Software Skills, and Future Skills.
Martin lives in Sweden with his family, enjoys running, and coaches his son’s football team. He has MScs in Signal Processing and Comms and Electrical Engineering.
