Event season in the ITRS offices was kicked off in November by our New York meetup, and will continue now until March. Both Hong Kong and Singapore are gearing up for their meetups on the 23rd and 25th Jan respectively (you can book your place here); and the London event won’t be far behind on February 1st.
We’re continuing our commitment to a customer-driven product, with the second of our Customer Advisory Board events taking place on the 18th January. We use these events to sit down with a select few customers who have worked on particularly interesting projects, and pick out the areas where ITRS can improve their product stack. Combined with our regular customer feedback survey, these face to face meetings help to keep us in-line with the customers’ expectations.
The repositioning of our TechFest events into our more informal ITRS meetups presents a great opportunity for our technically minded staff to sit down with the people who use our products most closely. As a business who believe in over-communication, there’s no substitute for a face to face chat!

Finally, ITRS is excited to announce that it is coming of age, with 21st celebrations planned for March 2018. The party will be held in the London office, and we’re excited to be able to thank some of our longest standing customers, as well as present some of the changes we’ve seen in the industry during that time. As a business we feel very lucky to have played a part in the financial services space during such a critical period of development, and truly believe that growing up at that time provides us with a competitive advantage which can’t be imitated or created in hind sight... what better reason to celebrate!
