As a flexible Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for helping our customers reimagine their customer experiences using ITRS solutions and creating new sales opportunities for our sales organisation in the process.
If you were already working on our team as a Business Development Rep, this is what you would have been doing in the last few days:
- Delivering a consultative approach to selling
- Consistently achieving quality meetings resulting in pipeline generation and other metrics
- Managing the territory-wise business development plan for your account executives and their accounts
- Researching key accounts
- Prospecting, qualifying, educating and developing target accounts and inbound leads
To succeed in this Business Development Representative role, you will need a track record of successful business development in enterprise solutions, software or a tech sales environment. You will also need proven sales skills delivering inbound and outbound experiences and building excellent relationships at multiple levels within an organisation. In addition, you should have experience managing all areas of the BDR process.
