New Active Dashboard Training

ITRS training is about to launch a new Active Dashboard design and deployment training module that will be rolled out in Q1 of 2012. We will share best practice dashboards developed over the years to provide delegates with a head start on visualising the metrics gathered by Geneos.

We have also upgraded the existing Geneos course with a series of shorter modules that can be delivered individually or grouped together to form a more comprehensive training experience.

iPad benefit to delegates

Delegates attending the course will now benefit from technology enhancements, although laptop computers have previously been used for practical work and experimentation, since the beginning of October each delegate now uses an iPad. So, they can now display and annotate slides and practical exercises; at the end of the training session they can email themselves a copy.
