Real-time monitoring for payment providers
Fix latency issues with end-to-end monitoring within the payments space
ITRS named a Visionary in the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Digital Experience Monitoring
The objective of payments is to make them faster, easier and real-time. Sophisticated operations need real-time and post-event analytics and monitoring to provide actionable insights and accurately record all activity to automatically generate near real-time reports to demonstrate operational resilience and meet regulatory standards. Real-time monitoring of performance, latency, availability and other issues that may arise is required.
Monitoring will pick up issues caused internally and externally and monitor multiple types of databases and multiple operating systems, way beyond just Linux and Windows.
It needs to be customizable so that it can cope with legacy, mixed and new systems and that also requires the expertise to get the data out.
Our suite of tools will thoroughly monitor and help fix latency issues through end-to-end monitoring of services, from the front-end when customers enter the bank’s website or mobile app, to the supporting estate underneath and all points in between.
Modern monitoring requires advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to spot issues, anomalies and correlations. It also needs to be able to operate using any data and be able to integrate seamlessly with other market leading tools.
To minimize the risks and fallout from outages, banks need smart monitoring of their processes, applications and infrastructure in real-time, across cloud, containerized and orchestrated environments. They need to be automatically alerted so that they can take action when a problem is detected in real-time.
