ITRS Completes Acquisition of IP-Label 

London, UK - January 21, 2026 – ITRS today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of IP-Label, a premier Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) provider headquartered in France. 

The transaction, first announced on January 8, 2026, adds IP-Label's 310+ enterprise customers and Gartner-recognized Ekara platform to ITRS's observability solutions portfolio.
