Timeline current logos RAW 2018 ITRS acquires two companies to bring scalable IT infrastructure monitoring and capacity planning capabilities to regulated enterprises. 2021 With its acquisition of Opsview, ITRS deepens its hybrid IT infrastructure monitoring expertise for regulated enterprises. 2026 ITRS strengthens its digital experience monitoring capabilities, including real user monitoring, thick client monitoring, and mobile application monitoring, by acquiring IP-Label. 1997 Founded in London, ITRS is the only real-time application production monitoring solution purpose-built for the demands of capital markets. 2020 To provide digital experience monitoring capabilities for business- critical web services and authenticated user journeys, ITRS acquires Uptrends. 2024 ITRS appoints Ryan Terpstra as CEO for his extensive experience in AI, enterprise software, and scaling technology businesses.

From day one, ITRS has been purpose-built for the most demanding, regulated industries with its roots in capital markets. Today, thousands of organizations rely on our hybrid observability platform to keep business-critical IT applications healthy and prevent costly outages.
