Do you have Accounts Payable experience and are you seeking an exciting new hybrid-remote opportunity in London? If so, we want to hear from you! ITRS Group is looking to hire a talented Accounts Payable Assistant to join our inclusive team.

In this Accounts Payable Assistant role, you will be responsible for the receipting, processing, and payment of all invoices/expenses for all companies globally within the ITRS Group. You will also support other aspects of the finance team as well as getting involved in various ad hoc projects as and when required.

To give you an idea of this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Process global AP invoices/credit notes, in a timely and organised manner
  • Submit invoices and expenses for payment via online banking
  • Assist in the preparation of month-end cash summary
  • Manage and administer online expense system
  • Assist with month-end

To succeed in this Accounts Payable Assistant position, you should be fluent in English, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and possess good attention to detail. You should also have a desire to learn and develop within an accounting role and it would be beneficial if you were AAT qualified.
