Scope of Role

As a Marketing Automation Manager at ITRS, you will use data and martech tools, including Salesforce and Pardot, to drive marketing performance. We are looking for a tech-minded, analytical, and process-oriented person who is passionate about the intersection of technology and marketing.

You will be an integral part of the marketing team, working with demand generation teams on campaign execution, and colleagues in Sales Ops and IT on the implementation and operation of our martech stack.

You will be based in our London headquarters. We offer hybrid working with the opportunity to work 2-3 days per week from home.

As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will work on:

  • Marketing Automation and CRM Management: Optimisation and day-to-day operation of Salesforce and Pardot for the marketing team, ensuring these systems work together to enhance lead management, scoring, nurturing, and alignment between marketing and sales efforts. Work with Salesforce Admins (in the IT team) and external partners to ensure that the group instance of Salesforce meets the requirements of the marketing team, and take full responsibility for the configuration and performance of Pardot.
  • Data Management and Analytics: Manage the collection, management, and interpretation of marketing data to provide actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all marketing platforms, particularly Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Demand Gen Campaign Support: Work with demand generation teams to ensure that campaigns are set up correctly in Salesforce and Pardot and executed efficiently.
  • Reporting and Insights: Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks to track important marketing performance metrics. Provide regular insights to the marketing team and senior management, informing strategic decisions and campaign adjustments.
  • Process Optimization: Assess and refine marketing automation processes for greater efficiency, scalability and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that they can use marketing automation and CRM tools effectively.
  • Vendor Management: Work with external vendors and service providers to get the best possible support for our marketing automation and CRM activity.

As a Marketing Automation Manager, you have:

  • 5+ years experience in marketing operations in an enterprise SaaS environment
  • Expertise in Salesforce and Pardot (certifications desirable)
  • Understanding of marketing technologies and trends.
  • Experience implementing and optimising marketing processes and technology solutions.
  • Experience translating data into actionable insights (experience with Power BI or other business intelligence platforms would be beneficial).
  • Project management abilities, with experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams.
