Scope of Role
We're looking for a MarTech Lead to own our marketing technology stack, operational infrastructure, and marketing reporting framework. You'll build the systems, data flows, and processes that underpin campaign execution, performance insight, and revenue visibility across the marketing function.
Based in Tunis, with a hybrid work schedule, you'll report to the Revenue Operations Systems Lead. You'll work with Revenue Operations Systems, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure marketing operations are scalable and data is trusted. Additionally, you'll ensure that reporting supports better commercial decision-making. This Lead role is an individual contributor role with no managerial responsibilities.
As a MarTech Lead, you will:
Martech Stack Ownership
- Lead the end-to-end MarTech ecosystem - from Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce integrations to enrichment platforms, and martech tooling.
- Build and maintain the operational infrastructure behind marketing campaigns - including email nurture programmes, lead scoring, routing rules, Service level agreement monitoring, and attribution models.
- Maintain clean, reliable data across systems - including deduplication, field mapping, lifecycle stage management, and integration health.
- Create scalable processes and guides - so the marketing team can implement consistently without relying on tacit knowledge or heroics.
- Be the internal subject matter expert for Marketing Technology - providing training, documentation, and ongoing governance across the stack.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks - addressing issues before they become revenue problems.
Data, Reporting and Insights
- Design and lead the marketing reporting framework - covering funnel metrics, pipeline contribution, channel performance, and campaign ROI.
- Build dashboards that senior leadership rely on - creating reporting the CMO and CEO actively use to understand performance and inform decisions.
- Conduct advanced analysis - uncovering trends, diagnosing underperformance, and identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and revenue impact.
- Define and enforce data governance standards - ensuring marketing data is trusted and applicable across the organisation.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a closely related discipline within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Pardot and Salesforce.
- A proven track record of owning and optimising a marketing technology stack end to end, rather than simply executing campaigns designed by others.
- Strong data skills, including SQL or equivalent for self-serve analysis, experience with BI tools, and a solid understanding of marketing data modelling.
- A systems mindset, with a natural instinct to automate or eliminate manual work and improve operational efficiency.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate technical topics for non-technical colleagues and work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with ABM platforms, intent data tooling, and enrichment tools, including how to operationalise them effectively at scale.
- Experience extending marketing technology capabilities through basic scripting or API usage without reliance on engineering support.
Benefits
- Group health insurance (or simply Group insurance, depending on context)
- Meal vouchers
- Performance bonus
- Referral Bonus
- Buy and Sell Holiday
- Training Reimbursement
